The City of Ekurhuleni is aware that some job recruitment candidates have experienced technical glitches and difficulties when applying for positions through the city’s online recruitment portal on its website.

Candidates are advised to use the channels below for assistance:

• Contact the call centre on 0860 54 3000 (turnaround time is 48 hours during the week and 72 hours on weekends) or visit your nearest public library.

Visit or contact the walk-in centres situated at the following Customer Care Centres:

• Brakpan – Ground floor, roomE145 (Engineering Block), corner Escombe Avenue Elliot Road.
