The metro is in the process of migrating to a new and improved consumer billing system.
The new system will be rolled out in phases until June 2020.
The roll-out of the system to Boksburg and Kempton Park Customer Care Centres will be from April 4 to 16.

The billing processes for the abovementioned areas will be affected during the system migration, therefore, account statements, including on the Siyakhokha website, will be delayed.
However, account payments will not be affected and all payment platforms will be available to customers.
Customers are reminded to continue paying their monthly account by the due date, as credit control measures will still be applied.
The metro apologises for the inconvenience caused.
