The Gauteng class of 2019 will for the first time access their matric result app through their smart phone device.
The matric result app is among 53 other applications available on the Gauteng website accessed at www.gauteng.gov.za.
MEC for Finance and e-Government, Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko, said with digital transformation disrupting every industry it was time government stepped up to the challenge.
“Through this app learners will save time and travelling costs for convenience to access their results. We are developing various applications to resolve service delivery challenges,” Nkomo-Ralehoko said.
Learners can access their results on the app on January 8.
Easy steps to help learners access their results.
1. Go to the Gauteng website www.gauteng.gov.za
2. Go on the all popular icon
3. Click on the access matric results
4. View the service then go to the visit site
5. Punch in your ID or examination number.
