Apply for Wheels of Change learnership programme

“This learnership is a work readiness programme with a possibility of job placement on completion. Ten thousand are needed to cover the entire South Africa with ages between 18 to 45 years,” said Mankenkeza.

There have been assessment tests for people who applied for a learnership programme offered by the Wheels of Change organisation in partnership with Leadership Focus and Passion (LFP) Institute based in Randburg.

The entry-level tests for enrollment on a paying learnership programme for both able-bodied and disabled people were conducted by Wheels of Change in Vosloorus from November last year until January.

The tests were conducted on November 30 at the Sassa offices on Ditshego Street, December 12 at Nguni Hall and January 16 at the civic centre hall.

Wheels of Change founder Thami Mankenkeza said his organisation has recruited over 400 able-bodied people and over 50 people with disabilities between 2018 and 2019 to participate in a paying learnership on business practice for a year.
