Heritage Day is an important day in South Africa as it recognises different aspects of South African culture and encourages South Africans across the spectrum to celebrate their cultural heritage, the diversity of their beliefs and different traditions.

Caxton’s Alberton office staff Elizabeth Madonsela and Joyce Mntonga added colour to the festive mood to mark Heritage Day.

The reason why it is so important to celebrate Heritage Day is that as a community we share the responsibility to identify and respect what is important and pass on these to future generations so they will understand what came before them.
