Siyabulela Deli (also known as TaFie 21) and Fash Ngobese (also known as Bergie Fash), two famous and well-known comedians and actors, recently teamed together and used social media to open a discussion about the challenges and issues young people are going through. The aim of this campaign was to seek ways and methods to help those who are feeling depressed or overwhelmed by the pressures of life.

Lost my grandmother in 2009 and my mum lost control of everything, I had to spend my high school years (2010-2014) taking care of my 3 siblings and the house. I never did well in my matric and couldn't get into varsity.

When I was in high school, I went through 2 years of therapy/counselling. My parents knew nothing about, they still don't. They would have never understood how I felt, cos in my culture there's no such thing as depression. ???????????? #DepressedButNotDefeated

I’ve been there. Getting help is the best thing you can do for yourself. I know speaking to someone is not easy but once I did, the worst was over.
