Immam invites community for dialogue

Immam Yusuf Ali at the Spruitview Mosque has opened the doors of the mosque to the local community for a public dialogue to be held on Saturday, January 28.

The immam told Kathorus MAIL that he is extending a hand of friendship and dialogue between members of the local community who may want to know and understand more about the religion of Islam.

“There are many false misconceptions in the minds of the public about Islam. The purpose of this get-together discussion is to try and give members of the local community an opportunity to discuss some of misconceptions in an open and friendly atmosphere,” Immam Ali explained.
