KATLEHONG – Katlehong police communications officer Captain Mega Ndobe said the two apparently had an argument on Friday after the daughter brought her boyfriend home, despite her father telling her not to.
“During the altercation the 63-year-old man allegedly pulled out his licensed firearm and shot his daughter,” Ndobe was quoted as saying.
The woman was declared dead on scene by paramedics. The man was arrested and will appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrates’ Court soon.
