No more sitting on cold classroom floors

Palmridge Extension Six Secondary School learners bid farewell to days of sitting on the floor.

PALM RIDGE – There was jubilation, hand clapping and big smiles from both learners and educators alike at Palmridge Extension Six Secondary School, on July 21, when the school received 400 chairs and tables.

This donation was made by Urban Dynamics in Parktown.

“I am speechless. Our learners have been suffering from January 2014 and up to now they had to sit on cold floors. I am grateful to our SGB members and the management of Urban Dynamics for this wonderful gift. On behalf of the learners and the SGB, I say thank you,” said the principal, Job Moshoeshoe.

“We help wherever there is a need. We were made aware of the need of this school and due to Mandela Month, we made use of the opportunity to do our 67 minutes for Tata Madiba,” said Giant Langman.
