As part of their Heritage Day celebration, Alberton Sports and Fitness Club gathered health fanatics to participate in fun-filled activities on September 24.

The greatly attended event saw community members come together to celebrate different cultures while also burning fat through spinning, aerobics and a boot camp.

Alberton Sports and Fitness Club joined hands with local church leaders, CPS Security, the education department and business sectors in making the event a success.

According to the gym’s sales and marketing manager, Otis Blume, the event was aimed at promoting healthy living and creating health awareness in the community.
