Katlehong music composer drops a new sound

The arrangement was planned to give the listener time to enjoy both the beat and vocals.

Katlehong’s recording artist and producer Bongani Dlamini (29) looks to release a new maskandi hit infused with hip-hop titled Banomona on October 8.

Dlamini is known to many by his stage name Voxyzie Bone. He is a composer, songwriter and the CEO of Namanje Dawg Entertainment (NDE).

He composed his latest record Banomona alongside Sphelele Siphosakhe Dlamini and featured Shende and Madoda on vocals.

The song was recorded and published under NDE. The beat is made of maskandi guitar melodies and a four-step grove with an eight-bar rap verse.

The song is written and recorded in isiZulu. The arrangement was planned to give the listener time to enjoy both the beat and vocals.

Voxyzie Bone was born in Soweto but later moved to Kwanele South Section, Katlehong.

He started producing in 2008 while living with his parents. He produced house and hip-hop music with his friend Sbuda King.
