Man nabbed for alleged business robbery

Zonkizizwe police arrest a man in connection with a business robbery.

Zonkizizwe police arrested a 29-year-old man on a charge of business burglary in Zone Three in Zonkizizwe.

The recent arrest took place after it was alleged that suspects broke into a shop during the night and stole meat, an amplifier, a speaker and an undisclosed sum of cash.

After a case was opened, information about the whereabouts of the suspects led the police to a street in Zone Three where one man was arrested.

The speaker and amplifier were recovered.

The other suspects are still at large and the community is encouraged to report any information which will help in the arrest of the suspects to the police.
