Bertha Gxowa Hospital ensures community that number change won’t affect service.
The Bertha Gxowa Hospital has informed the community that their contact number has changed, reports the Germiston City News.
The hospital can be reached on 010 344 2997.
“Outside callers will no longer be able to call staff on their direct lines.
“All calls will be directed to the switchboard who will then redirect accordingly,” explained Thabile Mkhatshwa, communications and public relations officer for the hospital.
The hospital insists that the change in number will not affect daily service delivery.
“The switchboard staff is dedicated to answering every call.
“Although the influx of calls will be high, we will do whatever it takes to ensure that all calls are attended to,” said Mkhatshwa.
