Please help me find my father
Alson Zamokuhle Nxumalo who used to stay at number 139 Makhula Section in Katlehong went missing in 1996.
According to his son, Khatha Nxumalo, his father woke up as usual and prepared to go to work at Afrox in Wadeville, but never returned home.
Khetha said no-one is sure what his father was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
“My late mother used to tell me he was wearing a company (Afrox) uniform,” he said.
Khetha said he never got a chance to know his father because he was only four years old at the time.
“We only opened a missing person report in Vosloorus Police Station recently,” said Khetha.
A concerned Thenjiwe Buthelezi, who is a sister-in-law to Zamokuhle, said anyone who knows the whereabouts of her brother-in-law should contact her on 0732571211.
“Alternatively they can contact his son Khetha Nxumalo on 084 374 1452 or report at Vosloorus Police Station.
“Even if he has passed away we would appreciate if anyone comes and tells us so that we will have closure on this matter,” said Buthelezi.
