Three arrested for possession of stolen property

In the early hours of August 25, the Germiston Flying Squad and e-Tracker members arrested three African males who were found in possession of the stolen property.

The men, aged between 35 and 45, were arrested for a business burglary of a cell shop at the Spruitview Shopping Centre in the early hours of the morning. The unknown suspects broke into the shop and ransacked it of Samsung and Huawei cellphones, HP laptops and other goods estimated to be valued about R70 000.

According to Const Ntombikayise Ngcobo, spokesperson for the Germiston Flying Squad, it is alleged the tracking company received a panic signal from one of the cellphones that were stolen from the shop.
