Thelle Mogoerane Regional Hospital tender notice

Businesses are hereby invited by Thelle Mogoerane Regional Hospital (TMRH), 12390 Nguza Street, Extension 14, Vosloorus, to provide the following services:

• The management and running of onsite gym services for a period of two years

• The management and running of an onsite crèche service for a period of two years

Sars compliance in respect of a valid tax clearance certificate is compulsory.

Background information:

TMRH has a newly built crèche and gym facilities onsite at the training centre, opposite the hospital.

Contract duration: Two years for each facility (performance based on the service level agreement).

Operating hours: The crèche operates for 24 hours, while the gym operates from 6am to 10pm.

Summary scope of work for the crèche and gym facilities:

Managers for each of the facilities will be appointed and must be available onsite during business hours.

Managers for each facility will be responsible, among others, to maintaining a safe and healthy crèche and gym environment and support good occupational health practices and standards.

Also, to ensure that only qualified trainers and teachers are appointed to render the services in the facilities.

TMRH management representatives reserve the right, at its discretion, to institute ad-hoc hygiene inspections or audits by the Occupational Health and Safety department and/or any other relevant directorate.

Site visit and briefing session:

The compulsory site visit and briefing session for all interested bidders will be on April 10 at 10am at the hospital training centre in the main hall (opposite the hospital).
