Women and young girls are warned not to roam around alone late at night.
The Elsburg police have released the following tips to help prevent rape.
Tips:
• Avoid the company of unknown men.
• Walk on streets which have street lights.
• Avoid walking alone at night or accompanying unknown men anywhere.
• Avoid walking in dark passages.
• Always scream for help.
• Avoid deserted areas where there are no people.
