Local business pays tribute to bus accident victims
Several local businesses, organisations and associations expressed their condolences to the bereaved families of the 10 victims who were buried last Saturday in a funeral attended by the African National Congress's top local, regional, provincial and national leaders.
The president of the BVFBA, Linda Madida, wrote:
“To the African National Congress and the bereaved families of fellow ANC cadres; as the Boksburg Vosloorus Food & Beverage Association (BVFBA), we are deeply saddened by the regrettable and extremely sad catastrophic accident that claimed the lives of ANC local branch members from Ekurhuleni.
“On behalf of our group and the business community of Vosloorus, we hereby wish to extend our heartfelt and sincere condolences. We can only look to God for guidance in times of difficulty and confusion because He is the only one who has answers to all the questions we have with regards to the fatal accident which claimed the lives of our fellow comrades.
“May their dearly departed souls rest in eternal peace.
