Festival offers food for the soul

Bookings are now open for the free outdoor community yoga class.

ENJOY a weekend of relaxation at the Ubuntu Wellness Community event on Saturday, 29 and Sunday, 30 May at Pineville Junction.

On Saturday, Ubuntu Wellness will host outdoor community yoga for free from 8am to 9am.

The Body and Mind Festival will be held on the Sunday from 10am to 3pm and visitors can enjoy live jazz, free yoga, fresh food and be entertained by both presentations and interesting stalls.

“There will be food and wellness products and services for sale and a story and music ring for children as well. Come support local and safe community building all are welcome,” said the event organiser, Haley Fudu.
