Updated Citroen C3 now in Mzansi
The Citroën C3 Feel became available in South Africa in March 2021 while the Shine will be available from May 2021.
French automaker, Renault made a come back to the SA market in 2019 after it made an exit at the end of 2016.
With its relaunch in Mzansi, it reentered the market with its new models, C3, C3 Aircross and C5 Aircross and for the 2021 model year, the automaker is giving the C3 range an update.
Available in two trims, Feel and Shine as well as two engine options.
The Feel trim is fitted with a naturally-aspirated 1.2-litre PureTech 3-cylinder engine with 60 kW and 118 Nm paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
The C3 Shine model employs a 1.2-litre turbocharged 3-cylinder engine with 81 kW and 205 Nm of torque. It employs a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
The C3 Feel is bolstered with a leather, flat-bottomed steering wheel, EcoLED Headlamps, Rear Light with 3D effect and
LED Daytime Running Lamps as well as 15-inch wheels.
The C3 Shine adds 16-inch Alloy Wheels, Auto Wipers, Rear Parking Sensors and the added twist of bi-tone body colour options. In addition, a 7-inch touchscreen with Android Auto/Apple Carplay and Auto Dim Rear-view Mirrors.
On the outside, the refreshed Citroen C3 features new scratch-proof Air bump designs with silver effect inserts,
Safety features include ABS, EBA, EBD, TCS and ESP.
