Prepare for Upper Highway showstopper

Two of the events are already sold out and ticket numbers are limited.

HAYMAN Dance will host the Showstopper 2020 dance show at Curro Hillcrest High School from Saturday, 5 December to Sunday, 6 December.

“We were devastated when, one week before our show in March, we went into lockdown. After months of rehearsals, everything came to a grinding halt. The children and teachers never gave up and they continued to work as hard as ever and spent April to mid-July dancing via Zoom. We were so grateful to be allowed to open again in term 3,” said Hayman Dance’s Bonnie de Beer.

Guests will see talented young dancers, from the age of two to 21 years old, perform ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap and hip hop as well as professional guest artists perform ballet, contemporary and fire dancing.

The show times include Saturday, 5 December at 6.30pm, Sunday, 6 December at 10.30am and again at 6pm.

Tickets cost R130 each. To book your spot, email tickets@haymandance.com. All of the required safety protocols will be in place.
