Prepare for thrilling launch of new rhino book

The book follows a veteran freedom fighter who is battling to defend the dwindling rhino population while simultaneously confronting corruption at the highest level.

JOIN Jonathan Ball Publishers and The Reading List for the launch of Peter Hain’s new novel The Rhino Conspiracy on Thursday, 22 October at 6pm.

The book is an epic tale of corruption, collusion and courage set in contemporary South Africa.

Both former anti-apartheid activists and current anti-corruption campaigners, UK Cabinet Minister, Lord Peter Hain, and former SA Minister, Ronnie Kasrils, will be in conversation with head of conservation services at SANParks, Dr Luthando Dziba, and Daily Maverick Associate Editor, Ferial Haffajee, for the launch of the thriller.

The launch will be streamed live on The Reading List’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
