Wonderful Sarah speaks at Hillcrest Rotary breakfast

SARAH Collins, founder of Wonderbag, is the guest speaker at the Hillcrest Rotary breakfast to celebrate Women’s month.

Globally recognised as a pioneer Sarah, a role model and an inspiration for entrepreneurs, will share her journey since the creation of the Wonderbag, at Le Domaine on Thursday, 8 August From 8.30am.

Sarah Collins took an age-old cooking technology, that of simple heat retention, and reinvented it into a modern-day, life-changing, sought-after kitchen accessory, found in both the poorest and most affluent of homes around the globe.

Her invention, and her continued work with foundations, aid agencies and business allies has cemented her reputation as a leader in alleviating time poverty and providing safety and entrepreneurial opportunities for women around the world.

Founder of Wonderbag, Sarah Collins has received many impressive accolades. She is the guest speaker at the Hillcrest Rotary breakfast to celebrate Women’s month.

It is no wonder that Sarah and her organisation has been the recipient of three major awards in the last year and she was named as one of the top six New Wealth Creators in Africa by Forbes Africa Women Magazine, made the Times list of The 50 Most Genius Companies of 2018, and was credited by the London Stock exchange as one of the dynamic companies in their report on “Companies to Inspire Africa”, in March this year.

Fiercely proud of her African roots, and being a daughter of Durban, Sarah has made herself available to talk at the Rotary breakfast which is aimed at raising funds for the Ikhethelo Children’s Village in the Valley of a Thousand Hills.

This amazing organisation is pioneering a loving community, housing over 50 orphaned and vulnerable children in a place of safety and unconditional love.
