Strong field at Durban July and a full programme to entertain

"Hollywoodbets Greyvile race course is looking magnificent and there is already a buzz at the city track and the weather is forecasted to be stunning for the thousands of people who will be coming to the races. The fashion will be glittering, the sun warm and the gins ice cold!" - Gold Circle's Warren Lenferna.

THERE’s a flurry of activity at Greyville race course where final preparations are being done for the 2019 Vodacom Durban July on Saturday, 6 July.

“This year’s Vodacom Durban July field is one of the strongest I have seen in a while and we look set for an absolute spectacle this year!” said  Gold Circle’s Warren Lenferna.

“For the first time in a while we will have two brothers competing against each other and I am talking about Rainbow Bridge and Hawwaam – they both have bright winning chances.

“Well, who is going to win is the question on many lips – it is competitive with Rainbow Bridge, Do It Again, Hawwaam and Barahin all having a chance of taking the glory, but I firmly believe that last year’s winner Do It Again, will do just that – do it again!” Lenferna said.
