The event comprised of a 2.5km trail run, then a 10km cycle and finally another 3km run.

Cole’s father, Garth Woolley, said, “Cole just loves doing all sports and his cycling is a natural passion. He was so surprised by how well he did in Mudman and was as proud as he was humble when learning the result.”

Highbury’s Head of Foundation Phase, Belinda Willows said, “Cole is a talented little sportsman who epitomises our motto, ‘Play for the badge’, his sportsmanship, respect and humility coupled with his grit, determination and resolve to be the best he can be sets him apart and makes him a wonderful ambassador for our school. He is most deserving of these accolades.”
