Pinetown among top 20 popular Durban suburbs

When it comes to property for sale in Durban, Pinetown is featured within the top 20 most popular suburbs for the month of April, according to Private Property.

There is no doubt that Durban ranks amongst the most popular locations in South Africa, and it even recently beat the likes of Johannesburg and Cape Town to top the South African charts in Mercer’s 20th annual Quality of Living Ranking.

In Private Property’s article, they also listed that they had seen a 7% change in the Median Asking Price in Durban when reflecting on the year before, and due to the searches on the site, they were able to gauge that there was a lot of interest across the board in Durban.

By looking at the amount of views per sales listing, they were able to determine the 20 most popular suburbs in Durban at the time, and noted that because searches had been done across various suburbs, as well as across a range of prices, it indicated that the Durban market was attracting a lot of interest.
