HIGHWAY Hospice is honoured to host Sarah Collins, famed for creating the Wonderbag, as its keynote speaker at its ladies lunch is to be held at the Durban Country Club on Saturday, 2 June.

The Wonderbag was a ‘eureka’ moment in 2008 whereby Sarah took an age-old cooking technology, one of simple heat retention, and reinvented it into a modern-day, life changing, sought-after kitchen accessory, found in both the poorest and most affluent of homes around the globe.
