“I love the beauty of chocolate. Since I am rather “arty” and enjoy all things creative I realised that I can express myself with chocolate and at the same time make people happy.

“We live in a very stressful period of history (most of it self-inflicted in my opinion). I wanted to create something that is so simple that people can enjoy it when they need to relax and unwind, so I came up with a range of beautiful and amazingly delicious handmade chocolates.”

Sanja lives in Kloof and is the proud mother of a very talented seven-year-old little girl.”I am married to a wonderful South African man (veterinarian at Hillcrest veterinary hospital). I have lived in South Africa for about 25 years and LOVE my adoptive country.

After sampling and experiencing the pure bliss of her chocolates, we asked her to provide a recipe using chocolate for this month’s Upper Highway Mail.
