THE Highway Hospice will host a luncheon entitled, ‘My Fair Lady’, and invite women to join them on Saturday, 6 May from 12pm to 3pm.
Women can dress up for this occasion and mingle while raising funds and celebrating life in honour of the patients at The Highway Hospice.
The lunch will be held at The Durban Country Club, not only for the stylish environment, but also for the extraordinary dining.
Durban’s best known actresses, comedian and motivational speaker, Lisa Bobbert will entertain guests on the day.
During the event, a fashion show is expected to showcase some of the big names in Durban’s fashion scene.
There will be jewellery, art and some picked antique items from the Hospice’s charity shop collection on sale.
Organiser of the event, Cheryl Reddy, said there will be lots of spot prizes as well as goodie bags to ensure people remember this special lunch.
“So, release the lady within and become, ‘Your Fair Lady’ for an afternoon. Rope in some friends or colleagues and change the world for the patients’ benefit,” she said.
