Local actors wow audience

THE Hillary Club was abuzz on Saturday night (25 March) with chuckles and whistles during the two-character play, Caught In The Act.

Daniel Oosthuizen and Elzette Smith cought in the act.

Caught In The Act is a play with two a man and a woman, trapped in a one act play, trying to sort out their relationship while dealing with a scenario in which their lines are constantly rewritten.

The 90-minute play, by Bruce Kane, starring Elzette Smith and Hillary resident, Daniel Oosthuizen and directed by Malvern resident, Mervin Louw, had the audience glued to the stage.

“The plan is to take the play to cities around the province,” said Louw.
