Bonsai on show in Hillcrest

KENGAI Bonsai Kai will host its annual bonsai show on Saturday, 29 to Sunday, 30 October at Hillcrest Primary School, 17 Emoyeni Drive.

The doors to the show will open at 9am each day and there will be a wide variety of bonsai trees (style, age and size) on show as well as demonstrations to explain the principles and techniques of bonsai and experts on hand to answer any questions. “Everyone is welcome irrespective of whether you are an expert, a beginner, like looking at trees or just curious,” said Lynne Theodorou, chairmaon of of Kengai Bonsai Kai.
