BAROQUE 2000, having recently returned from performing as the resident ensemble at the Harare International Festival of the Arts, presents the next concert of their Durban series at the Church of the Monastery, Mariannhill on Sunday, 15 May at 11am.
The featured work is Torelli’s Trumpet Concerto in D (soloist Michel Schneuwly). Also on the programme are Vivaldi’s Concerto in G Minor RV 157 and Concerti Grossi by Corelli, Mascitti, and Alessandro Scarlatti.
Tickets are R140 at the door, and coffee will be on sale outside the church.
