Bar Flies celebrates Valentine’s Day
This Valentine's Day, the mad troupe will take you through a top class 2 hour performance.
THE Family Players and Friends present the all new Valentine’s weekend show, Bar Flies. The girls share their ups and downs as they pop in and out of their local bar singing about all their trials and tribulations on and off the streets of Umbilo.
This will be a hilarious mix of the funniest comedy Drag Mime that you will see at the Rhumbelow Theatre on 42 Cunningham Road, Umbilo. Join the theatre’s barman as he shares the lives of these eccentric bar patrons and their frolics and antics after a few dops.
An evening of total fun as you enjoy singing, outrageous costumes, huge eye lashes, large and over the top wigs and make-up to die for, doll. This Valentine’s Day, the mad troupe will take you through a top class 2-hour performance. Shows run from Friday, 12 February at 8pm, Saturday, 13 February at 8pm, Sunday, 14 February at 2pm and again at 6.30pm.
Do not miss this funny, laugh-a-minute comedy show. Tickets are R140, R120 for pensioners and tables of eight or more. Take food picnic baskets. Braais will be available should you wish to cook some meat. Booking is essential as there is limited secure parking available. No alcohol may be brought on to the premises as a bar is available.
