Catch Brian Finch in concert

The artist dedicates this album to the memory of his late brother.

SONGWRITER and entertainer of note, Brian Finch, will once again be touring around South Africa and Namibia to promote his new CD, Living for Yesterday.

After his many fans were asking for a new CD, this is his 13th album to date, which has been in the making for three years.

“While I have been living in the town of Prince Albert, I have been writing over the past couple of years in between touring and performing at many gigs,” said Finch.

Finch said one needs new material, and he loves coming up with new songs; it is what his life is all about – being able to share special times with fans, which gives him great satisfaction.

The support that came about in the production of this album was a wonderful experience, with new songs and a new studio for Peace of Eden – Knysna, with Howard Butcher as the producer. The musicians who came to the party all together made this a very successful production.

“The years are flying by so fast, I realise that all my songs are about ‘living for yesterday’. I have dedicated this album to the memory of KE Henson – rest in peace my brother,” he said.

Living For Yesterday runs for one performance only on Sunday, 11 October at Tina’s Hotel, Kloof. Lunch (carvery) is from 12:30pm with the show starting at 2pm. Tickets are R195 for the meal and show. Show only option available at R120 (no meal included). Bookings can be made on 031 764 7843.
