Enjoy good food and vibes

JOIN the Everton Conservancy for its annual Garden Party on Sunday, 17 of August from 12pm to 5pm, at Everton Park (5 to 7 Forest View Drive).


The increasingly popular event, hosted by the oldest urban conservancy in South Africa, offers a tranquil day in one of the most beautiful parts of Durban. Residents will be able to enjoy a delicious lunch, prepared by the conservancy committee, while listening to the tunes of the George Mari Band. The famous Gluhwein (a delicious spiced red wine) and cozy fires will take the chill off of the evening. Thrilling horse rides will also be available to entertain the kids.

Raffle tickets will be on sale – two lucky winners will receive a flight in a Yak military aircraft across the Durban coatsline. All proceeds will be used to fund the conservancies various projects. 


The work that the Conservancy does is critical to sustaining the natural bio-diversity that is the hallmark of the area, and the Conservancy relies on the contributions made by local residents, and most importantly, the funds that are generated at the annual Garden Party.
