ATHLETICS Kloof has called on all walkers and runners of all fitness levels to register for its 0km to 10km or 0km to 21km challenge from Tuesday, 12 January to Thursday, 1 April next year.

The 12-week programme promises to transform a participant’s fitness levels as the running club helps to build up runners to complete either a 10km or 21km run.
The event will be held at the Kloof Country Club from 5.30pm every Tuesday and Thursday evening and will be coached by Jason Huntley. Contact Kitty on 082 703 6610 or email cabies@mweb.co.za.
