Lace up for dual running challenge

If you are an avid runner, or are just starting out, there are now two fun events for you to sign up to!

ORGANISERS of the FNB Run Your City Series (RYCS), together with PUMA South Africa, launched the Friday 5K Solo Run campaign.

The event consists of five 5km virtual runs, the first event was held on Friday, 21 August.

The campaign will continue each week until Friday, 18 September.

“The Friday 5K Solo Run Series forms part of an exciting campaign that will build up to the FNB RYCS Heritage Day Virtual Run (on Thursday, 24 September),” said the Stillwater Sports head of road running, Agne du Plessis. “Runners from all over South Africa are invited to partake. There are awesome sponsor prizes up for grabs each week, and at the end of the series one lucky runner will take home the grand prize.”
