The simplified version of the traditional 11-a-side game sees five players a side, on half the regulatory sized hockey pitch, with an addition of boundary walls. Based on the format of the highly successful T20 Cricket and Sevens Rugby, these modifications provide for an exhilarating game for both players and spectators.

High school teams will play in a tournament format while the primary school teams will play a festival format.

There is no charge for gate entrance and ample secure parking will be available. For those wanting to enjoy a day of entertaining hockey, a variety of snacks and hot food will be available at the hockey astro as well as the campus coffee shop.
