Be proud in pink at Totalsports Women’s Race Durban

Prepare to lace up and don your pinkest of pink outfit for the annual Totalsports Women's Race on National Women's Day in August.

SIGN up to take part in the Totalsports Women’s Race Durban on National Women’s Day on Friday, 9 August and support the PinkDrive.

“The Totalsports Women’s Race Durban route never disappoints,” said the Stillwater Sports’ general manager for road running, Agne du Plessis.

“In addition to being fast and flat, the route is scenic and incorporates a number of Durban’s iconic landmarks including the Moses Mabhida Stadium, the Durban Promenade, the Umgeni Estuary and Kings Park Athletics Stadium. The beautiful ocean view and fresh sea air, combined with a fast run or brisk jog, is sure to dissipate all signs of tension.”

“Whether the goal is to run a personal best or just have fun, the Totalsports Women’s Race Durban is sure to deliver,” continued Agne. “Runners will be united in support of PinkDrive, proving that we are #StrongerTogether.”

For the first time since the event’s inception in 2001, South Africa’s largest Women’s Day Celebration, the race will be hosted on one day across South Africa’s three major cities, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
