Team up for Westville’s Parlauf
The tag-team events start at 6pm and temporary race numbers will be sold on the evening.
SIGN up for the Westville Athletic Club’s Parlauf, the opening event of the 2018 cross country season on Friday, 9 March from 6pm.
Parlauf is a team even and each team consists of two runners, preferable of a similar pace.
The course is a 1km lap and the team members will alternate.

It is a KZNA sanctioned event and club kit and licences must be worn.
There will be temporary race numbers on sale,
“Even if you do not have a team mate, come through on the night and we will be able to find you a partner,” said the club’s Les Smith.
There will be a cash bar and hamburgers and wors rolls will be on sale but athletes can bring their one meat to braai.
