Cell C Sharks must up their game

"It’s going to require a massive performance from every single Cell C Sharks player, from 1 to 23" - Head coach, Robert du Preez

THE Cell C Sharks meet the  Jaguares at Velez Sarsfield, Buenos Aires on Saturday for their next Vodacom Super Rugby game.

“The idea has always been to give the other guys a chance, last week, I spoke to the guys who didn’t start and told them they would be getting an opportunity this week,” said head coach, Robert du Preez.

“It’s right to start them and there is very little to choose between the guys on the bench and those who are starting. We need to give them a start, it’s good for their morale and for their well-being as part of the squad.

“They haven’t lost at home this year, it’s going to be a very physical encounter, we know that and we know how tough they are at home. But having said that, we’re going with a very positive mindset.

“We beat them there last year and we want to go there to get the win. It’s going to require a massive performance from every single Cell C Sharks player, from 1 to 23.”
