Lace up for Westville parlauf race

The KZNA sanctioned event is open to all runners in the Highway area.

JOIN the Westville Athletic Club for the opening event of the 2017 cross country season on Friday, 10 March for the parlauf.

It is a team event and each team must consist of two runners, preferably of a similar pace. The course is a 1km lap and the team will alternate.

It is set to be a lot of fun for both the athletes and spectators.

The bar will be open and shower facilities will be available. Bring along your own meat for a braai or purchase one of the delicious hamburgers and wors rolls that will be sold on the evening.

The event will kick off with a 2km (1x1km each) mob race for all age groups U12 and entry is free.
