Bonitas Comrades roadshow in Durban tonight

TO find out how to get the most out of this year’s Comrades Marathon, head to the Stella Athletics Club in Glenwood (Glenwood Preparatory School in Bath Road) at 7pm tonight for the roadshow.

The 47th up-run in Comrades history will begin outside the Durban City Hall at 5.30pm on Sunday, 4 June 2017.

More than 4 000 KwaZulu-Natal participants are set to take on The Ultimate Human Race this year.

The programme has become part of the CMA’s annual strategy to help prepare Comrades runners for a great race day.

Athletes have lauded the initiative for the advice, enthusiasm and motivation that is shared by the Comrades coach, Lindsey Parry and dietician, Nicki de Villiers.
