Swing away for fund-raiser golf day

Help the seven-year-old Jamie Smith reach his dream of competing in the Junior World Champs by taking part in his golf day.

THE talented Pinetown golfer, Jamie Smith, has been hard at work preparing for the Junior World Champs in America but needs Highway’s help to make his dream come true.

He will be hosting a fun-raiser golf day on Friday, 3 February at the Kloof Country Club.

He is determined to make a name for himself among golfing circles and to prove he means business.

He visits the UKZN driving range three times a week and competes in at least one competition per week.

“I can’t wait to play golf for the rest of my life,” said avid golfer, Jamie.

The cost is R2 000 per four-ball alliance and includes dinner and an entry into the prize-giving, with a signed All Blacks Jersey to bid for in the auction.

Businesses and individuals can also sponsor a hole for R1 000 each.
