Liverpool FC to develop SA soccer talent

Liverpool FC International Academy South Africa is inviting young players to sign up for its coaching programme this December.

LIVERPOOL FC International Academy South Africa has invited players from the ages of five to 17 years to display their football skills in the elite LFC International Academy Coaching Programme this December.

Since its official launch in South Africa, more than a year ago, LFC International Academy South Africa has coached and developed more than 2 000 young players.

The two-day adrenalin packed programme has been designed to develop the potential of every child who attends, promising an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all attendees.

As part of the LFC International Academy SA programme for 2016, registered academy players will be given an opportunity to travel to Anfied to the land of football legends as part of an elite group of players to attend a training course at the LFC Academy UK to further advance their skill and competence, administered by the world’s renowned LFC coaches in a professional environment.

“We are thrilled to be extending our summer camp programme for a second season in Durban. The fundamental principle of the programme is to provide a unique Liverpool FC experience to our local players both on and off the pitch. Our highly skilled and advanced international and local LFC certified coaches are committed to delivering coaching sessions that encourage young, talented and aspiring players to excel and learn in a fun and safe environment,” said Mr Lyndon Barends, chairman LFC International Academy South Africa.

The LFC International Academy South Africa Coaching Programme commences from Saturday, 12 December to Thursday, 17 December at Chiltern Park, Westville.
