Tee-off for a good cause

Support various charities though NG Gemeete Pinetown's fundraiser golf day at Kloof Country Club on Friday 28 November.

THE NG Gemeente Pinetown is hosting a golf day at Kloof Country Club on Friday 28 November to support various charities.

The funds raised will go to the Greytown Children’s Home, Open Door Crisis Care Centre, His Hands Ministries, Christian Seaman’s Organisations, Doctors without Borders, Pathways, a centre for children with severe disabilities and Tuinsig Old Age Home.

The competition format will be a four-ball alliance, scramble drive 2 scores to count.

Most players will receive prizes, but there’s also lucky draws and prizes for longest drive, goodie bags and Halfway House as well as dinner at the prize giving. Prizes also include four-ball playing opportunities at premier golf clubs in KwaZulu-Natal.

A former Springbok player and two former Sharks players will take part and will be available for a question and answer session at the prize-giving.

The cost to enter or sponsor a four-ball is R2000. If you want to sponsor a tee-box (R500) or the putting green at the Club House (R2000) the name of your company will be mentioned during the event and will also appear on the programme.
