EIGHTEEN-year-old, Rene Hoffmann-Jensen, won both her classes and the ESP 1.20m championships at the ESP Series at Durban Shongweni Club on Saturday 5 July.
The aspiring horse rider has been representing Varsity College Westville at various show-jumping events, on her trusty knight, Varsity College Red Hot.
The whole show is a series which Rene has competed in. She won the first part of the series taking home the 1.20m championship and hopes to be the overall winner of the series for Varsity College Westville.
For winning both these events, Rene also received the victor laudorum in the 1.20 class overall for the show.
