Skates up at Gateway

Join in on the fun and excitement of the first ever Pop-Out Skate Park at Gateway this December.

THIS December Mountain Dew will be travelling around South Africa in a bid to refresh and excite avid action sports fans with its Pop-Out Skate Parks.

The Mountain Dew team are set to visit Gateway’s Wave House on  Friday 20 December. This electrifying and adrenaline-pumping roadshow will showcase some of the country’s finest skate and BMX athletes in a never seen before Pop-Out Skate Park.

Top notch riders including Malcolm Peters, Alan Marola, David Rigby, Colin Loudon, Martin Stoffberg, Anthony De Mendonca, Jason Hood and Roscoe Siebers will be showcasing their skills at the various venues around the country.

After the showcase of amazing talent from the professional skaters and riders, amateur fans will be allowed to have a go on the mobile skate park and also stand a chance to win some incredible prizes. Mountain Dew will also be handing out loads of free samples and merchandise on the day.

The power of social media will also come into play when Mountain Dew will run a Spot-the-Truck competition throughout the skate park tour. All fans have to do is upload an image of the Mountain Dew truck and stand a chance to win an amazing hamper filled with Mountain Dew merchandise.

Be sure to make your way down to Gateway’s Wavehouse this December to take part in and witness the incredible stunts and extreme sports at the Mountain Dew Pop-Out Skate Park.
