DUE to technical difficulties, the eThekwini Municipality has urged customers to temporarily stop paying their municipal bills at the South African Post Office.
Customers can use alternative methods of payment such as paying at a selected list of retailers, the Sizakala Customer Service Centres, via EFT or Masterpass.

Customers who have already paid for the municipal bill at the post office, between 23 July and August 23, and the payment has not yet reflected on their municipal bill, are urged to call the city’s contact centre on 080 311 11 11.
Customers will be advised once the issue has been resolved.
