Many Covid-19 rules don’t make sense

"Lockdown rules do not make sense. Why allow outside exercise only from 6am to 9am? Is the virus more active after 9am?"

SOME of the Corona virus avoidance measures seem really stupid and do not help to get the support of the people.

For example, why allow people on the promenade and not on the beach sand? The virus is not spread by sticking to feet soles.

The virus will not survive in sea water, so why ban people from it?

And why allow outside exercise only from 6am to 9am? Is the virus more active after 9am?

Can one be affected by the virus while driving a car? If not, why the restriction on travelling?

Is one more at risk buying lottery tickets than buying other items at a supermarket?

Will allowing supermarkets to sell wine, as usual, really increase domestic violence to such an extent that the hospital beds would be filled?Only educational books are allowed to be sold. Do other books present a greater risk?

Am I really more likely to contract the virus if I pick up a takeaway food item, than having a delivery person bringing it to my home? And what about the risks to the delivery person?
